在今天的冥想中,我們要討論整體,這就是所有存在最基礎的真相。
就每個個體來說,我們都不一樣。我們有不同的生活方式、信念和觀點。
不過,這些差異只存在於物質界。
在分子和靈魂的層次,我們都是一體的,並與宇宙的主源頭相連。
當我們開始充分理解生命一體的概念之後,個人的「我」的想法就讓位給普遍的「我」。
敵對和競爭的觀念消失了。
這個關係會帶來深厚的愛與同理心,讓我們可以散撥給周遭的每個人。

Live in unity
In today's meditation, we will talk about unity, as the basic truth of all that exists.
As individuals, we are not alike. We have different lifestyles, beliefs and perceptions.
However, these differences exist only in the physical plane.
Whereas at the molecular and spiritual level, we are all one and are connected with the universal primary source.
When we begin to fully understand this concept of life in unity, the idea of a personal “I” gives way to the image of a universal “I”.
The concept of rivalry and competition disappears.
This relationship contributes to deep love and empathy for everyone who surrounds us.
